What To Expect
The Pre-Visit
I can't wait to meet you. I'm very excited to create for you the hairstyle you have always desired. Finding a new stylist can be scary. I am here to make your first experience comfortable and reassuring. Your visit pre begins with a welcome email after you have submitted an appointment request. I will confirm all your details send you a intake form to be filled out I want to have plenty of time for our consultation.
The Consultation
We will start your visit with a consultation and talk about your hair goals. I do the consultation in a private suite. Your discretion is my priority. I will answer any questions you may have. I offer Wi-Fi, snacks, water, coffee, tea, and alcoholic beverages. I want you to feel comfortable and relaxed at your visit.
After Goodbye
I will follow up with you after your visit. If you purchased a wig or topper we will make an appointment for your fitting. At that appointment we will do any customizing, go over care, and maintenance. I will follow up to see how things are going and if you need any more help with your alternative hair. I really want to make sure you know how to care for your hair. I always encourage you to reach out if you need any help after.
