Cancellation and Rescheduling
To provide the best scheduling options to my guests, I require 24-hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations after a 24-hour appointment window will be subject to a $25 per service fee.
Service Redo & Retail Return
My goal is to make all my guests as happy as possible with their hair. If you are unsatisfied with your hair cut or color, please let me know within seven days from your date of service. I will be more than happy to fix any issue you have. Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 60 days from your initial purchase. There will be no monetary refund for any services performed. Retail exchange does not apply to wigs, wig accessories, extension or hair replacement. Any Retail purchases through Suite 115 Salon are subject to Suite 115 Salon Policy.
Extension, Wig, and Hair replacement Policy
Wig are final sale but can be exchanged within five days of purchase from the same company. The wig must be in original packaging and not worn or altered. Restocking fees will apply $25 restocking fee for synthetic wig and $30 for human hair wig.
Deposits for all extension, wigs, and hair replacement are non-refundable
Custom hairpieces, wigs, extension hair are final sales, no return or exchanges.
I take great care in customizing your wig, hairpiece, or hair extension. I will not be held responsible for wigs or hairpieces that I customize that were not purchased directly from me. I will take great precautions and do a test sample to make sure the hair can be colored or cut.
